Exchanges
Items can be exchanged within 7 days after delivery on the basis that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
- Sale items and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Store Credit
- If an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit for future purchases.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Return & Exchange Processing
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of exchanges and returns unless it’s due to any error on our part.
- Once received, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
